Broker's Comments
At 92' long and 15' wide this Luxemotor Dutch Barge offers enormous accommodation and deck space.
That said it is an unfinished project, she was motored under her own power to her present residential berth sixteen years ago, and the engine has not run since.
The hull was pierced about two and half years ago and the whole hold flooded, she was then repaired in situ and there is a surveyors report. It is recommended that she be brought out for a complete blast off and any remedial work carried out before re-painting.
That all said she sits on a residential mooring on a beautiful part of the River Hamble surrounded by salt marsh, monthly mooring fee is reported to be £670. Please call to discuss further.
