Broker's Comments

Dutch barge for sale by Boatshed Bourgogne. We are pleased to offer this Luxemotor Dutch barge for sale. Surveys from 2006 and 2010 and the same dedicated owner since 1982. Fitted out for full time residential use with heating, insulation and facilities to match this is a spacious liveaboard and a classic original Luxemotor at a very interesting price. She has cruised all the French waterways including Nivernais and Midi many times and whilst a new owner may wish to modernise and upgrade the accommodation she is full of character and ready to go as is.
