Broker's Comments

LINSSEN 37 SE for sale in France. Boatshed Bourgogne is please to offer this Dutch steel cruiser, built in 1994 by LINSSEN and now moored in a quiet and safe marina central France. Mooring will be transferrable very easily (around 1350 euros/year).
You will have noticed that some windows wood panel have been damaged by water infiltration, this is not new, all the windows seals have been changed but the wood panels never changed, since my last visit on board in september 2020, i have up loaded new pictures of the deterioration the boat has suffered. Some headlining have collapsed and need fixing or changing and there is trace of recent leak that is the reason for a sudden huge price drop.

Nevertheless, there are lots of good building quality in that boat, the interior with Ash and mahogany paneling, open space, huge dinette galley area and a good size aft deck for cruising and entertaining as well and the double helm position.

The deck seems in a good condition and need some cleaning mainly, the superstructure too.
In August 2015, lots of works were carried out, Antifouling by professional, new electric panel and wirings, new Inverter, change of batteries..and since 2015 the boat has done just few hours navigation due to illness the owners have stopped cruising.

If you need more information or organise a visit, please contact, Magali, your local broker at Boatshed Bourgogne.
