Broker's Comments

This low hours, lightly used and well presented Lema Clon has a lot going for it. One of the first things you notice is simply how roomy and spacious she is for only 6.7m long! Her forward cabin with separate heads compartment is as big as on some 26 footers. Not only is there a good size dinette/double, she also has an under cockpit double 'aft' berth. The hard top shelter is also a great feature, giving plenty of protection from the elements on an inclement day but the open cockpit allows for soaking up the sun on one of the rarer hot days.
The current (second) owner has owned her for 5 years (we sold her to him) and during that time she has been stored ashore in a dry stack and used very lightly with his family in the nice weather. The engine has been serviced every other year as the hours have been minimal. She has had new manifolds and risers recently too. However, for the avoidance of doubt, the engine has just been serviced and as well the local main Volvo dealer has removed the leg, given it full service and refitted it with all new bellows, oils and anodes etc. Not a cheap job, but it means she is all set to go on the water today. She is a fantastic boat at this price and someone is going to absolutely love her (as I do)...

There is also an inflatable dinghy tender and outboard motor available by separate negotiation.
