Broker's Comments
This is a fabulous example of this sturdy broads/river cruiser, in such good condition, I queried her age several times! She's believed to be a late-70's vessel. The Owner, a craftsman joiner, has spent a lot of time refurbishing her to a high standard.
She has a wide, spacious aft cockpit, with ample accommodation below for 4 people in 2 doubles and a well fitted galley.
Upholstery, curtains, carpeting and much of the fit-out, including the cooker and cupboards were new in 2015, and they look it.
The hull was sealed and 3 coats of anti-foul applied before relaunch and she also benefits from a very recent survey and BSS until 2018.
I can highly recommend taking a closer look - she'd make a fine first boat or a move up from a day-cruiser.
