Broker's Comments
Here we have on offer a tidy example of the very popular Falcon 27 sport cruiser. This boat is powered by twin Volvo 250 Petrol engines.
The boat has very good upholstery throughout and its all cream leather in the cockpit has the infills present. She has drip fed diesel heating fitted, mains shore power, battery charger, hydraulic engine hatch lift, refrigerator, hot water, shower, chart plotter, electric anchor windlass, an electric flush toilet and the list goes on.
The Falcon 27 is a lovely sports, family cruiser, spacious cockpit with plenty of seating and a large table to sit around. The saloon has a good layout giving a spacious uncluttered feel. The engines have the benefit of being fresh water cooled and have had a lot of time and money spent on them by the present owner. She is a capable and sturdy fast cruiser.
The galley is compact and well laid out and the heads are pretty spacious for a boat of this size. The aft cabin has a big opening port-light aft, which makes the cabin feel light and airy.
She is afloat and ready to view.
