Broker's Comments

The Falcon 23 is a great British built starter boat for river and coastal cruising.
Entering the cockpit via the transom door on the bathing platform there is bench seating either side with storage under which also has an infill to form a large sunpad all the way across. Up one step there is a bench seat to port and the helm to starboard with a fridge underneath. Down two steps in to the cabin immediately to port is the double under berth cabin. To starboard is the galley with a sink and two burner gas hob. Also to starboard is the toilet/shower compartment. In the bow is the saloon seating/dinette with a table which drops to form a second double berth
