Broker's Comments
Boatshed London are delighted to bring to market this Fairline Phantom 41 which is in great condition and a great example of this two cabin, two bathroom flybridge motor cruiser.
This 1990 example has been well cared for throughout its lifetime and the current owner has used it as a London pied-a-terre for the last 12 months.
There is evidence of its good history throughout with a very clean and well maintained engine room and new upholstery inside and out. The 306HP TAMD61-A's have been recently serviced.
Both cabins have good space and served by their own heads and shower. The 4m+ beam means the boat feels much bigger than its 41ft overall length.
The central London mooring is available if required - current mooring fees are £10,000 p.a. roughly.
