The accommodation is nicely arranged and the Sedan means that if your are outside then it is easy to communicate with others inside the vessel too. The L-Shaped sofa can convert into a double, so there is ample room aboard for friends and family too. The TV folds down from the ceiling. There is a new canopy to rear and flybridge, which cost over £3000. There is mood lighting fitted and underwater lighting too. The galley is well equipped with the benefit of oven or microwave oven too. The upholstery looked in good nick under the covers too. The flybridge is well appointed too for a boat of this size and makes yet another sociable area too as well as providing a practical helm position too.

Broker's Comments
These boat details are subject to contract.
This is a gleaming example of a Fairline Corniche 31 with the benefit of 230 HP Yanmars with very low hours. She has just been serviced and anti-fouled and is turn key. The interior upholstery is good and just has throws over to protect it. A very elegant looking boat with spacious accommodation. As a broker I will be able to advise you about the sales process. surveys and sea trials etc.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
