Built in 1987, the Corniche 31 have always been popular flybridge boats and this one obviously benefits from its location. The mooring would allow someone to stay on board 4 days a week making it an ideal base for someone who needs to be in London during the week.
Current mooring fees are £4,500 per year and paid to the end of 2016.
