Broker's Comments
A great example of the eighties Fairline era. These solidly built boats provide all the performance and accommodation required in a family cruiser.
This particular example is in good original condition, with upholstery, carpets, and curtains having been updated.
Extensive service history and recent maintenance are well documented and available to view onboard.
Surveyed last year, it was remarked on how dry the hull was. The cockpit canopy is in a serviceable condition, but replacement would dramatically improve the external appearance. The forward window has suffered sun crazing, and one handle on the forehatch is broken. Otherwise, the boat is in tip-top shape, and ready to go.
The boat is insured at a cost of £350/year. Current mooring fees are £2,400/year. BSS certificate expires in June 2021.
