Broker's Comments
**OWNER OPEN TO ANY SERIOUS OFFERS!** This Ex-Pilot Boat was originally built to work in the Milford Haven area. She is now moored in St Katherine's Dock where the vendor brought her with the intention of converting her to a liveaboard. The refit has not been completed, although there are some very 'liveable' spaces onboard offering great potential.
The twin Gardner engines have been well maintained, starting on the button, and the vessel is still very sea-worthy.
The mooring at St Katherine's is transferable, subject to a 5% transfer fee. However, the marina has indicated that they may want to move the boat to a more suitable location for its size.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price will be considered.
