A very well appointed and maintained Dutch barge cruising houseboat lying on a quiet and small houseboat marina mooring on the East coast. This barge has been extensively cruised in Europe before returning to the UK. It provides very comfortable living accommodation for up to eight people. Last surveyed in 2015 it has been extremely well maintained and updated by its ex Master Mariner owner and his wife

The current mooring is located close to local facilities including a train station with easy connections to London (70 minutes) The transfer of mooring is subject to negotiation and approval by the boatyard owner of the marina.
