Broker's Comments
Boatshed Norfolk are pleased to offer this tidy Elysian 27 diesel for sale.
The current owner of the last 14 months has not used her much so she is now up for sale. She is a tidy looking boat with blue hull and white painted topsides and is very attractive with her recent canopy in navy. Her cockpit is also a really attractive place to be afloat with her faux teak floor and comfortable aft bench also in navy fabric.
She is powered by a BMC 1.8 diesel engine that has recent new injectors, glow plugs, diesel lift pump, fuel lines full service and new impeller, all this year.
Her interior is clean, tidy and dry and she benefits from diesel warm air heating, hot water system, recently refitted galley with 2 burner concealed hob and basin, with useful storage beneath. Opposite the galley is a typical saloon / dinette that converts to a double berth when needed.
The boat can sleep 4 in two cabins. The front cabin is a good size and its infill cushion is present, and has a separate basin and a door to close the area off from the saloon.
She also benefits from 240V shore power system fitted and an inverter and twin solar panels to keep batteries fully charged. She has a pump out toilet and holding tank.
Her Broads toll is paid to end of March 2024 and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to April 2025.
A mooring at the Marina is currently available for her by separate discussion with the mooring owners.
