Broker's Comments

Boatshed London are delighted to offer this 1987 45ft Dutch Steel Cruiser for sale with residential mooring in Limehouse, East London.

With loads of space on board thanks to its sizeable beam, this would be a great liveaboard option for an individual or couple.

The steel cruiser has made a resurgence in recent years as more and more people look to buy a boat with a proven hull that can cross the channel and explore Holland, Belgium or France easily.

This particular example has been well cared for and loved in its lifetime and has been used as a pied-a-terre in London for the last 12 months.

The 120HP single diesel engine provides enough punch for river and coastal cruising and has been serviced regularly throughout its lifespan.

There are two cabins onboard - the master aft cabin is spacious and bright with a double bed and loads of storage space. The forward cabin has four bunk beds making this boat suitable for a family to go away for longer trips.

The boat is being sold with a dinghy and 5HP Mariner outboard that are both in good condition.

The Limehouse mooring is roughly £7,300 p.a. and the marina has good facilities and superb transport links to central London with the DLR only five minutes walk away.
