Broker's Comments
This lovely old Luxemotor is conveniently situated at Barking Creek, a few minutes away from the District Line, buses, supermarkets and excellent road links.
The combination of well-preserved original features and some nice modern touches offers a spacious contemporary living space. The mooring is safe, secure and is very good value for money. With the Olympics just around the corner (both time-wise and geographically), moorings such as this will be increasingly hard to find. Please call us now on 07850 086802 to arrange a viewing.
