Dutch barge of riveted iron construction. Originally constructed to carry coal she has been tastefully converted to a residential barge and has retained beautiful lines that attract admiring looks from the passers-by. Her spacious aft deck covered with a new canopy is ideal for entertaining in all weathers. The original tiller steering is well-balanced and surprisingly light. Although modernised and updated she has retained her lines. Fitted with a new propeller 2015 she is ready to cruise and would make an ideal live-aboard.

The cabin forward has two bed-settees currently in situ giving a double and a single berth. There are brass portholes fitted and a glazed hatch for light
The access to the shower and a wc is from this cabin. The gas water heater is fitted above the hand basin and provides hot water both here and the galley area.
Moving aft into the open plan saloon again currently fitted with a bed-settee giving two more berths the beautiful curved timber ceiling and new hardwood floor draw the eye. The galley area is spacious with a four burner hob and a fridge. The headroom is over 6’ throughout the living area of the vessel.
From the galley area steps up through a traditional glazed door lead to the large seating/entertaining area. This was originally outside space however the current owner has had a professionally fitted hood made to cover this large area which with the various zips can be opened up in the good weather or closed up in the not so good to make a weather proof but light and airy room.
