Broker's Comments

She is believed to be 1912 and was noted in the Dutch Historic Ships Register. She was last used as Dive Boat.
This Barge has been owned by a Marine Engineer for the last 9 years and has been a labour of Love converting her into a luxury home on the water.
The Quality of woodwork, workmanship and detailing is excellent and is already a very comfortable home.
It is approximately 75% completed but a growing family has forced a sale and she would make an ideal project for someone to complete either as a Livaboard or for touring the European Canals and Waterways.

She can be delivered to you or a temporary mooring on the River Exe could be arranged.
