Broker's Comments

This 12m Dutch Barge, built around 1930, has been converted into an ideal liveaboard boat or pied a terre. Being sold with its berth in the heart of London, this boat is ideally located for someone who wants to be close to The City but remain in a close-knit community of like-minded boat owners. Recently surveyed, inside and out this boat has been lovingly looked after by the current owner and features modern appliances in the kitchen, a brand new hot water shower pump, wood burner and plenty of deck space for relaxing outside and plants.

The marina has its own residents organisation as well as a laundry and shower block ashore, secure parking, CCTV and a security guard. A transfer fee for the mooring is applicable.
