Broker's Comments

This Cygnus Trawler 32 trawler yacht has great presence, with bags of space above and below decks. The helm and nav station look more like that of a small ship, with plenty of visibility all round. There is even a remote camera on the mast and bow thrusters for hassle-free berthing.

The galley and saloon are large and comfortable but this vessel has only two berths in the forward cabin, with another two if the saloon table is dropped and the extra divan added. The upholstery, blinds and curtains all look in good condition.

The saloon has a wonderful series of wooden beams right over your head and aft there is a smart cover over the large cockpit.

Heating is from multiple sources: diesel, gas, paraffin and electric.

This is a vessel for coastal or cross Channel passages, for entertaining or a comfortable and spacious liveaboard.

It appeals to a non-boater or somebody who likes big traditional engines. The Lister diesel started promptly and ticked over smoothly. It is low revving and economical compared with petrol outboards.

It is not fast, scarcely faster than a cruising yacht of the same length, but offers space and comfort and safety in abundance.
