Boatshed London are delighted to offer this Crown OE 36 for sale.
Built in 1972, this twin cabin boat would make a great liveaboard boat with its ideal location at Chelsea Harbour in West London. The large saloon, galley and seating area is bright and spacious and the cockpit is a great place to sit on the summer evenings.
The boat had a survey in 2017 which found the hull to be in good condition and the overall feeling is that this boat has always been well looked after.
Current mooring fees are approx £6,800 per annum. The mooring application is subject to approval.
