This Holiday Mansions Commodore 490 has the space on board to make this a great liveaboard boat. With a large living area and the sort of kitchen you would find in a flat, this boat will be in high demand.
The engines are currently not running but this is due to the need for new batteries and a service of the engines.
The residential mooring is fully transferable and no transfer fee is applicable. Current mooring fees are roughly £5,500 p.a. but these would need to be confirmed with marina management.
