Broker's Comments
** July 2019 - Returned to the water, freshly anti fouled and new anodes all round! **
This is, without a doubt, a stunning barge - inside and out!
She's within 25 minutes' walk of Brighton town centre and London is almost within an hour's reach, so could be great for commuting!
She seems in great shape and to have been well looked after. Her exterior is nice and clean and freshly maintained in June 2019 and you really need to look at the pictures, videos and virtual reality tour to appreciate her interior - it really is a delight to be on board.
Everywhere inside, there is plenty of light and space, beautiful wood, solid work surfaces and all the facilities we think you'd need on board.
She has a fantastic master cabin and really well appointed second cabin, along with a great sized head/shower compartment and her saloon/galley are absolutely lovely spaces for relaxation and enjoying life afloat.
Barges as lovely as this don't come along very often, so we really recommend a look in person.
Mooring fees currently £840 pcm or £9379 pa. For this, you get two free parking spaces, no council tax, free water, 3 internal heating systems, easily wired cable tv and internet, easy holding tank pump out - it's all here!
BSS expired 2017.
