A really great looking hull given her age. She buffs up well each time she is polished. A real classic, well laid up sturdy boat good for river and estuary hops.
The marina this boat is located at is a real beauty spot in Kent and the marina owner has indicated that there would be no problem in the next owner taking over the rental of the current mooring. Boat safety certificate to 2016.

Broker's Comments

This is a classic Lady, one of the 700 series, so she was not mass produced. These Cleopatras were customised for individual owners.
Built as a family cruiser, she is spacious and well planned. Her hull allows for exploring both sea and sheltered waters.
This one could do with a bit of Tlc to the interior but the exterior does not look bad at all.
A popular boat due to its pedigree and no doubt she will serve many more owners to come.
