Classic Chris-Crafts are sought for several reasons, not least their beauty, but this boat has a special appeal -- it is moored in an outside covered slip in Seattle that is transferable for live-aboard moorage. The monthly cost for this moorage is currently $995 for a 50 foot slip .
This boat is in good condition but one engine is disabled. The other engine was recently repaired and is in good running order. The cost to repair the non-operable engine is estimated to be about $4,000.00.
The boat has a great master stateroom with head and shower. There is a lot of storage space including a full set of drawers, hanging locker and open bins. The galley is set up with a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave and three-burner stove with oven. Heat is supplied by electricity and three stand alone heaters.
A very nice addition to the living quarters is the enclosed bridge area with a view of Portage Bay.
It is unusual to find covered live-aboard moorage in Seattle -- let alone with such spacious and comfortable accommodations as such a good price.
