Broker's Comments

I am delighted to be able to offer this well cared for and consummate classic Broads cruiser, which is in very nice condition having recently been fully re-fitted to a very high standard throughout. This boat is individually themed, modern bright and airy. The tastefully ararnged accommodation provides comfortable accomodation for up to 6 in three separate cabins. The aft double also benefits from an en-suite toilet and shower area, in addition to the main large toilet and shower compartment. The practical and bright saloon leads out to a very large front well sitting area, which in this case is also "astro turfed" to give a garden feel and works really well! The boat has been recently fully re-painted and is a tidy example - she would be equally suited to a river cruiser or liveaboard life. She benefits from a more modern Nanni diesel engine which is also very tidy.
Other useful features have been added like a large inverter for mains power on the move, diesel heating and a fully foam insulated hull to maximise the comfort in colder months from the cozy wood burner. The wood burner chimney can also be remoived to clear lower obstructions. Please also note that as the owner is changing direction in life and plans have changed, the current live-aboard mooring in the heart of Wroxham may also be available by separate negotiation with the mooring owners. The mooring is paid to June 2022.
Viewing of this delightful and charming boat is highly recommended.
The boat had a new Boat afety certificate in 2021 so is valid for another three years and she also had a survey early last year when the current owner bought her.
