This sedan-style boat is easy to board by stepping on the side deck when tending lines. The bow is wide and is safe with stainless molded railings when deploying or retrieving the anchor or working with fenders. The 7 ft Achilles dinghy is mounted on the swim step with a manual Weaver “Snap” davit system. When boarding from starboard via a midship transom step-through, loading and unloading the boat is easy. The cockpit, with propane locker and ample lazarette, is partially covered with a sunscreen. There are custom canvas window covers for all of the windows as well as a custom cover for the flybridge helm station and privacy screening for the flybridge deck and seating area. The flybridge has three side-by-side seats, and a large deck area to enjoy with friends and space to possibly store kayaks.
The interior feels spacious for a boat of this size and it is very efficient for Pacific Northwest cruisers. Cabin heat provided by engine heat underway or electric heaters. The Webasto diesel heat system is inoperable at this time but is likely repairable or easily replaced. Hot water provided by 6 gal. Seaward heater (electric and engine heat).
Large cabin windows throughout provide excellent 360 visibility and light. Forward is the v-berth cabin with reupholstered cushions; the full width berth appears to be comfortable for two. Furthest forward is the anchor locker with boards to protect from any moisture from the anchor chain and rode. A large overhead hatch and hull vents provide light and air circulation. There is storage below the berth, reading lights on both sides and a cut-out to provide space for dressing. A large hanging locker is just aft on starboard. The head has an upgraded Jabsco/PAR electric toilet, and sink with an extending faucet for a shower.
The galley, to port, includes an Isotherm AC/DC refrigerator, a propane Force 10 three burner stove and oven, Seagull water filter with fresh water faucet, lots of storage, an Emerson microwave, sink and counter space complete the galley.
Stepping up to the main salon area the main helm is starboard. It is fully equipped with Raymarine ST40, autopilot, Standard Horizon VHF with AIS interface and Simrad NSS9 Evo2 Chartplotter and bow thruster. The captain’s seat is easy to fold away to create space for other small chairs when enjoying the salon area. To port is an L-shaped settee which has been reupholstered with a beautiful neutral stripe fabric. A custom table folds to allow more room in the salon. The original table and cushion will be available for the next owner if they wish to convert the settee to a double berth for guests.

3 VIRTUAL TOURS - 1 VIDEO - 106 PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS 1995 CAMANO TROLL 31 TRAWLER.
This is a smart-looking example of a well-cared-for Camano 31. Recent repairs include: new transmission cooler, after cooler, rebuilt transmission, bottom paint and zincs.
The current owners reupholstered the settee and v-berth cushions in a beautiful neutral stripe and the carpet is in good condition as well. The hull appears to be in excellent condition with no apparent blemishes and a very clean bilge. This Camano Troll has custom canvas window covers for all windows, flybridge helm and privacy screening on the upper deck. A sunscreen provides protection over the cockpit. It is fully equipped with navigation equipment, autopilot, bow thruster, inverter, TV and stereo and an Achilles dinghy with a Weaver manual davit system to list a few of the amenities.
Camano Trawlers are known for their stability, ease of handling and interior comfort in a compact space. The Keelform hull design, original to the Camano brand, is unique and well-regarded for its stability, seaworthiness, and efficiency. The pronounced bow flair keeps the spray down and makes for a dryer boat. The deep hull provides ample capacity for the Volvo TMD41 P-A engine to be mounted in the keel, lowering its center of gravity, adding to its stability. Owners speak of its stable performance in difficult sea conditions and its fuel efficiency. Large windows provide 360 visibility as well as light throughout the cabin and galley area making the interior of the boat seem expansive for a boat of this size.
