This sedan-style boat is easy to board by stepping on the side deck when tending lines. The bow is wide and safe with stainless molded railings. The Achilles dinghy is mounted to the swim step with the outboard mounted to port. Boarding from starboard and into the cockpit via a midship transom step-through seems easiest when loading the boat. The cockpit, with propane locker and ample lazarette, has a custom hardcover to protect you from the rain. A ladder leads to the flybridge. Three side-by-side seats, and a large deck provide area to enjoy with friends. The helm is equipped with electronics.
The interior feels spacious for a boat of this size and it is very efficient for Pacific Northwest cruisers. Cabin heat provided by Webasto diesel heat while at anchor or via engine heat underway. Large cabin windows throughout provide excellent 360 visibility and light. Forward is the v-berth cabin. The berth is deceptively large, 6'5" on centerline. A hatch with screen or blackout coverage and hull vents provide light and air circulation. There is storage below the berth, bookshelves port and starboard, reading lights on both sides and a cut-out to provide space for dressing. A large hanging locker is just aft on starboard. The head is next to the hanging locker, the galley to port. The galley includes an aftermarket and large Dometic refrigerator with interior freezer that uses 110/12v or propane. The Paloma propane hot water heater is installed just outboard of the propane Force 10 stove and oven. Storage, a microwave, sink and counter space complete the galley.
Stepping up to the main salon area the main helm is starboard. It is fully equipped with Sitex radar, Garmin navigation, Apelco fishfinder, Wagner autopilot, and bow thruster. The captain’s seat is easy to fold away to create space for other small chairs when enjoying the salon area. To port is an l-shaped settee and large table that converts to a double berth.

Broker's Comments
VIRTUAL TOUR - VIDEO - PHOTOS - FULL SPECS CAN BE VIEWED OF THIS CAMANO 31. This Camano 31’s engine is upgraded from the original with injectors and aftercooler installed 1999. It is very efficient for PNW cruising with Webasto diesel heat, propane hot water heater, and a Dometic refrigerator that operates on 110/12v/propane. The Keelform hull design, original to the Camano brand, is unique and well-regarded for its stability, seaworthiness, and efficiency. The deep v-shaped keel provides about 25% of the hull's displacement, and above displacement speeds helps lift the stern so that water runs cleanly off the transom. The pronounced bow flair keeps the spray down and makes for a dryer boat. The deep hull provides ample capacity for the engine to be mounted in the keel, lowering its center of gravity, adding to its stability. The boat heels very little even in tight turns. Owners speak of its stable performance in difficult sea conditions and its fuel efficiency.
Large windows provide 360 visibility as well as light throughout the cabin and galley area making the interior of the boat seem expansive for a boat of this size.
