Broker's Comments

Broom 37 Continental (the one with the full size aft cabin along with two heads and showers) that is offered knowing there is a little work to be done to bring her back to her best.
The asking price reflects this and whilst the owners will consider offers they will need to be within 15% of the asking price.
The main area needing attention is the galley headlining which had warped the owner has now removed this and will need replacing. It is NOT leaking so I can only assume it has been an issue with condensation.
The engines have just been serviced and there are 4 new batteries.
The interior is clean and dry, the upholstery is good and she is extremely well equipped Instrumentation wise for offshore cruising.
A Continental will normally achieve between £35k and 45k depending on condition,
