Broker's Comments
Broom 32 powered by a single Perkins 4108 diesel engine offering 7 berths, diesel warm air cabin heating, 2 heads and showers with toilets to holding tanks or via diverter valve to sea.
The aft master cabin has an ensuite and good wardrobe space along with a good size double berth.
The galley has a full sized 4 burner hob, double oven and refrigerator.
Heating is via a diesel fired warm air system with outlets throughout the boat.
The decking is the plastic low maintenance teak decking to aft deck, cockpit, foredeck and side decks. Matching Window and hatch covers.
The boat is very well presented and maintained and has bow and stern thrusters fitted and all Victron electrical systems including 2kw inverter / battery charger, solar controller etc and extensive electrical systems rewire and shore power installation with solar power costing over £7k!
She has had a recent full gearbox overhaul at £2.5k and she starts and runs very very well indeed. She has amazingly roomy and good quality accommodation for a couple or small family and has almost every feature that could be required for comfortable and spacious river cruising.
Her Boat Safety Certificate runs to July 2025 and her Broads toll is paid to March 2025. Her current river front mooring may also be available to the new owner by agreement with the marina.
This boat started life as one of Brooms own small quality hire fleet but quickly moved to private ownership.
Please note that a full external clean and valet is happening on 15th and fresh pictures will be taken of her then.
