Broker's Comments
This long range cruising boat, or liveaboard, is a superb example. The boat is of steel construction, designed to Category B standards, with wide side decks and a low, seaworthy profile that contribute to a feeling of safety and protection. The boat was professionally constructed in 2007 and then fitted- out to a high standard, from the mechanical systems, to the plush accommodation and extensive, high specification navigation instruments.
Down below, aft, there is a spacious owner's cabin, with a double bed and excellent stowage facilities. Forward of the wheel house is the main saloon and galley, which are light and airy with plenty of portholes and a sizeable skylight. Moving forward the heads are spacious, having a Jacuzzi bath, shower, washbasin and electric toilet. Further ahead is the double, forward cabin, also with good storage space and overall room volume. The vessel also benefits from spray foam insulation throughout, along with three sources of heating, including electric heaters, Webasto blown air heating and a solid fuel stove in the saloon.
Altogether, this boat has been thoughtfully designed and fitted out, with comfort and managing the rigours of cruising in mind. Built to last and with quality in mind, this sturdy little ship is capable of being a unique floating home and or an efficient cruising platform, for use at sea and on inland waterways. For anybody looking for an opportunity like this boat, with considerable recent investment and a recent survey, a viewing is highly recommended.
