Broker's Comments
Bourne 40 Broads cruiser having been partly refurbished at a cost of over 8k in 2012.
She offers 7 berths in 3 cabins and benefits from having a Bow thruster, Battery management system along with new batteries (Oct 2015) and a new calorifier.
She would make an ideal live aboard and is perfect for longer stays aboard.
The saloon/lounge area is very inviting with 2 comfortable sofas. The heads are electric and there is a separate single cabin opposite.
The forward cabin offers 2 singles or 1 further double.
She is Broads licensed until 2017 and has a full BSC until 2020.
She is not perfect and needs paint/varnishing on topsides but the owner is keen to sell and will consider sensible offers
