Broker's Comments
Here we have a pretty and very tidy example of the popular Bounty 27 aft cockpit river cruiser.
She is powered by a BMC 1.5 engine that appears to start and run very nicely. She has obviously been loved by her current owners who have recently had new internal upholstery and curtains, new helm and pilot seats, new toilet and toilet pipework.
The engine was last serviced in November 2023 and her fuel tank was also professionally cleaned in 2023.
The boat has the added benefit of 240V shore power fitted with immersion heater, 3kw inverter, Propex warm air heating and solar panels to keep the three batteries topped up year round.
The boat is very clean and tidy with no smell of damp etc and shows no signs of water ingress or damp anywhere that I could see. She can sleep 4 in two cabins with the forward double able to be made into two singles if desired.
Her galley is well fitted and all very tidy and she has a fridge to compliment that.
All in all, this boat is very, very well presented and a credit to her owners and is a genuine stand out vessel in her class. Canopy is all good as is her cockpit upholstery.
She has her Broads toll paid to March 2025 and her Boat Safety Certificate runs to May 2026. It may also be possible to take over her mooring (talk directly to the marina on this).
