On stepping aboard I was amazed it is still an attractive looking boat for its age, very easy to walk around the deck, the forward coachroof offers its self to the perfect sun lounger while the aft deck is spacious and comfortable for entertaining family and friends.
When you go below first impression is how light and spacious the accommodation is, and the all wood finish throughout gives a warm and inviting atmosphere. The galley and dinette are situated down two steps going forward, the galley is compact but the owner can still cook a Sunday lunch with out a problem!
The forward cabin has two single berths comfortable and spacious with dressing table, cupboards, draws and wardrobe. The Captains cabin aft is a double berth with L shape dressing table cupboards and draws under, wardrobe and en-suite. The saloon and dinette also convert into two double berths.
Overall the boat looks and feels spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space, which makes it an ideal live aboard {the current owner has lived onboard for the past 10 years} or the prefect holiday home in the sun.
A survey report in 2015 revealed the early stages of osmosis on the keel only. The survey report and estimate for the treatment is available for inspection on request.
