Broker's Comments
Here we have a project Birchwood 25 diesel cruiser.
Her current owner bought her a couple of years ago but has not had the time to use her much. They have focused on the Volvo Penta diesel engine and this has a new injector pump fitted and appears to run quite nicely. She has a Volvo Penta outdrive that was serviced late last year and this has the old electric motor tilt system which appears to be disconnected.
The boat still has a lot to offer but really does need her other systems going through to check what works and what does not but she is a driving and usable boat.
The fridge is fitted but the owner has not used it and the water system has not been used either as they just did not get to use it much after sorting out the engine issue with the injector pump.
The interior is ok and the upholstery all seems perfectly serviceable and can sleep 4. She would make a lovely boat if a bit of time is spent bringing her back to her former glory as these are nice little boats and a diesel one is very desirable and not that common.
She is presented in original gelcoat and her mooring may be available by separate negotiation with the marina.
She has a current Boat Safety Certificate to 2026 and is offered at what is a realistic and bargain price, reflecting her project status.
This boat is sold as a project and should be viewed by any prospective buyer.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
