Broker's Comments
Lovely condition for its age. A new cockpit canopy was fitted in 2012 and a new engine in 2000 which had a full service in 2014. The service included heat exchangers and fuel pump. The water pump has just been replaced during its recent full service. All is now completed and ready for the season
The mooring is also available by arrangement with the port and is in a peaceful and pretty spot within the marina; see photo.
