Broker's Comments
Here we have a project boat, a Bayliner 2655 Ciera.
The boat has been ashore for a number of years and is sold as a project although the vendor has advised the engine is in running condition and just needs tuning.
The boat appears to be in pretty good condition and is well equipped. The vendors have advised the boat has been ashore for most of the 7 years they have owned it. The interior looks to be in good general condition and the upholstery is very good inside. The cockpit upholstery, although serviceable, is in need of a good clean and some repair.
The boat can sleep 6 and is spacious and has a good sized heads and shower. As with many of these American boats, she has 240v shorepower supply that feeds a 110v transformer which feeds the boat's power systems. This is sold a s a project boat so should be inspected to be sure you have a full understanding of her systems as we have been unable to verify any equipment state or systems are working as she is out of the water and has been laid up for an extended period. She has a holding tank fitted, however, the toilet was removed to be replaced so a new toilet will need to be fitted to the existing pipework. She appears dry and had has no odd or damp smells.
To my eye she looks like a mild project and so she represents a sizable boat that has a lot to offer and is being sold well below market value so could be a very good opportunity.
BSC expired this year and the vendor has not had her serviced in recent years as not been used.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
