The single MerCruiser 5.0 liter gas engine has proven to be very reliable and this engine has had regular maintenance and runs well.
The engine hour meter is not working. The 500 hours is an estimate by owner.
There has been recent maintenance work on the engine including a new timing belt and new saltwater pump.

The hull is finished with white gelcoat with molded non-skid on deck. The FRP construction has a proven history of strength. This is not a slow boat. Top speed is 35 kts with a cruising speed of 24 kts. Engine access is through the aft deck and provides plenty of room for engine service.

Entrance to the vessel is through a cockpit door from the swim step. There is a small table to port with seating fore and aft. The forward double seat has a hinged backrest that works for the aft seating area and a double forward facing seat.
On the starboard side of the cockpit just inside the entrance is a sink with fresh water plus a tip-up serving table.
Access to fore deck is through a hinged windshield.
The helm seat is to starboard and provides great visibility under way.
The entrance to the forward living area is just to port of the helm. The galley is to port as you enter and the head/shower area is to starboard. The dinette is forward of the head on center and it converts to a double berth. Aft of the galley to port is the entrance to the under cockpit double sleeping area.
The galley includes a single burner Origo electric stove. The refrigerator is a Norcold AC/DC.
A microwave is built into the starboard galley area.
There is a complete cockpit enclosure and a cockpit winter storage cover.
Cabin Heat is supplied by a Heater craft engine water heat.
There is a reverse cycle heat A/C unit but is not operational.

The Bayliner 265 Clera Sunbridge model is one of the most popular models built by US Marine. It is considered tailorable due to its beam of 8' 6". The Sunbridge aft section provides great forward-facing seating for four people with the hinged seat back plus the helm seat.
The boat very clean and has had light use the last 2 years. This is a great family boat and has the ability to sleep four adults.
