As a pied-a-terre in London, the boat has a great spot at the marina with views out across the basin and St Katharine Docks has a plethora of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Tower Hill tube is 10 minutes walk from the marina so this makes a great base for someone working in the City or Canary Wharf with the Thames Estuary ready for exploration at weekends.
The mooring is available with the boat on agreement with marina management. Mooring fees are roughly £10,600 p.a.
