This very attractive boat has come onto the market due to the owners health problems.
Stepping on board you can feel the current owner has loved and maintained this boat with a lot of passion.
Outside the Aft deck is spacious and comfortable ideal for evening cocktails with family and friends, with access to the flybridge and engine room. The engine room Is access by a vertical ladder into the electrical compartment with plenty of headroom and workbench, the engine room again has plenty of headroom.
Walking around the deck it Is safe and spacious,
the forward deck has a sunbathing area, electric windless and hatch to the crew cabin which has two single berths heads, shower and access to the anchor chain locker.
The flybridge Is spacious, the helm Is equipped with navigation instruments, and with all round visibility for manoeuvring in the marina.
On walking into the saloon it feels warm and inviting with settees, coffee table, wide screen tv, drinks cabinet and plenty of cupboards and storage space.
The helm on the starboard side has all the navigation instruments for safe cruising in The Med; The galley on the portside is well equipped with double sink, worktops, microwave, electric oven and hob, dishwasher and full size fridge/freezer. Also on the portside with horse shoe shape seating, Is the dinette.
Going forward and down to a lower deck you enter into the master cabin with double berth, separate toilet and shower, wardrobes, cupboards and flat screen TV.
Down another level to another deck and walking to midships, two guest cabins one double and one with two single berths, both with en-suite. Wardrobes, cupboards and flat screen TV.
