Very well looked after Alpha 35 built by Simpsons Boatyard of Stalham where she has recently undergone various quality upgrades including her floors and galley area.
She has a new full size cooker, New Fridge, Freezer, Warm air heating in 2 zones , 2 heads and a "Hip Bath" in the fwd en suite.
There is a winter cover in Blue over the GRP sliding wheelhouse
Presented in lovely condition she has just passed her BSC (March) which expires in 2022.
The river licence is paid until March 2019 and the Mooring until November 2018 at Stalham.
