Broker's Comments

This inland waterways boat is moored on the Canal du Midi, South of France.
The mooring is available during the winter and low season.
The owner lives overseas and needs to sell before the end of the season.

This Jeaunneau Eau-Vive starts on the button and does not smoke. Her engine has been checked and serviced ready for cruising. Battery has been replaced.
In the companion way moving towards the stern, there is a weak floor panel that will need to be changed sometime. The hatches may also need checking for waterproofing although the boat was dry when taking the photographs at the end of the winter.
She is good and light throughout due to large windows and the upholstery in the saloon/ dinette/guest bed is in good order.
An interior steering station with two large sliding hatches gives plenty of fresh air and sunshine and makes sailing comfortable and enjoyable in all weathers.
Side decks are wide enough to allow the crew or even the captain to manage the lines while maneuvering through the locks.
She has a well designed galley and the aft cabin is spacious and ideal for a couple.
There is plenty of roof deck designed for sunbathing and could also be used as a dining area. Bow cockpit is the main outdoor dining area and has moulded bench seats and a fitting for a table.
