Broker's Comments
Built and registered in 1998 she was not launched until July 1999, very nicely presented and fitted out, this big volume yacht was professionally built for her current owners. The interior looks more "Oyster" than typical "Bruce Roberts", with a large comfortable saloon, spacious practical galley and cavernous en suit master cabin aft, forward of the saloon is a second double cabin opposite the second heads and workshop and all the way forward is a twin cabin. On deck she has a safe comfortable center cockpit, climb in achor / sail locker and uncluttered decks for ease of movement, the large poop deck with dual lazarette's is an ideal spot for sun downers. She appears to have been very well maintained by her owners, who have serviced the engine every 200 Hrs from new, they have now moved ashore and she is offered for sale at a very realistic price.
Just slipped (October 2013) for anti fouling, cutlass bearing, Deep Seal Unit and a new exhaust system.

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
