Broker's Comments

The name of Broom is synonymous with quality built British motor cruisers. The Ocean 37 has all the space, comfort and cruising ability that is expected of a Broom. This example appears to have been well maintained and offers a lovely fly-bridge deck with full navigation and engine controls, comfortable seating and all round visibility.
In the large saloon area there is comfortable seating a good galley and a secondary helm position with a chart table. The horseshoe seating makes into a large double berth if required.
The forward cabin is again spacious and well appointed with hanging cupboards, storage lockers and its own heads with basin, shower and toilet. The aft cabin has a twin berth arrangement with en-suite heads, The vessel is carpeted throughout and the upholstery is in good clean condition. All in all a very comfortable, spacious and well appointed cruising vessel which could also be used as a lovely live-aboard home. She is also very easy to walk around outside with the wide side decks and entry via the aft-deck.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
