Whilst there is Raymarine R20 Radar equipment on board this has never been used by the current owner and cannot be listed as operational. It is not actually connected so may or may not work.

This Ocean 37 is a 1983 boat and must be viewed as such, the general condition is reflected in the asking price.
She has a well set out interior and would possibly make a good live aboard should you want to take extended holidays in Cyprus with friends or family. Accommodation for 5 or 6 with an excellent internal layout and a fully fitted master bedroom with en suite.
If you simply want to relax in the sun she has oodles of deck space and is berthed in a quiet harbour only yards from local restaurants and the tourist area.
The boat is in need of some work as recent storms have caused damage to the handrails on the port side.
