Broker's Comments

Due to a a survey which proved to be unsatisfactory for the previous buyer, this boat is now marketed as a "PROJECT" boat!

Although the upper structure is of good quality the survey found that the hull was in need of attention and would suit someone with the forethought of seeing this as an opportunity rather than a problem and therefore the price has been substantially reduced to allow for the work required!

Loads of varnished woodwork internally with a special varnish type on the exterior woodwork!
Her BSC runs until 04/07/2022.

A clean coachroof sets off the upper structure of this "Head Turner" of a craft.

A vessel built to the high standard which is difficult to match today!

A traditional Broads Cruiser with a GPS hull.
All complete with two heads, warm air heating and would also make a comfortable live aboard.!

Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.
