There is a Sanx overboard treatment system in place of a holding tank.
This is a moderately heavy displacement hull of solid fiberglass with ballasted keel. The decks as well as handrails are of high quality teak and appear to be in better than average shape due to being boat house kept for the past 20 some years. There is much fitted canvas --
covers for hand rails, upper helm, hatches, etc.

Starting all the way forward below is the v-berth cabin that sleeps two. Just aft to port is the head with shower and to starboard is a staircase to the pilothouse.
Continuing aft is the amidships owners' cabin with a double bunk to port and storage cabinets and counter space in beautiful teak.
Aft on the center line is entry into the main saloon with full galley and dining area with U-shaped seating. On the starboard side is space for comfortable free-standing seating, and built-in cabinetry.
Starboard side and forward up into the large pilothouse with seating and another table across the aft. There are port and starboard doors leading out to the Portuguese bridge which provides access to the foredeck, the side decks, and stairs on both sides to the upper helm and boat deck.
Cabin heat is by Hurricane hot water piped into all cabins and thermostatically-controlled.
