Broker's Comments
The Birchwood TS31 is a very nice example it has recently had a very useful aft deck canopy added. There two helm positions one on the aft deck and the other in the saloon area. The aft cabin has a large dinette seating area and the galley, leaving the main cabin with just the helm and some comfortable seating. The forward cabin has a large island double berth.
The 180hp diesel engines have only completed 370 hours and were serviced in April 2017. This boat had £10K of extras added when new and this included addition windows to the aft cabin.
