Broker's Comments
This appears to be a well-tended Birchwood 330 Challenger, as the last survey stated, “structurally sound and in good order for age and type.
With relatively low engine hours, just over 600 on each engine, the engine bay is easy to get too being just below the aft deck as you will see from the pictures.
Dual controls at the fly bridge with seating for 5 people, and great visibility from above, and good easy access leading from the aft deck.
The design makes good use of the space with good sized forward and transverse bed in the port cabin, with a Jack and Jill bathroom accessed from both cabins.
A spacious saloon and galley below.
On the aft deck there is a full canvas cover with a table which can be used for Alfresco or covered dining.
