Huge! Spacious accommodation, ideal live-aboard! The saloon is really more like a proper lounge, and the galley is a real kitchen. Fantastically light and airy, loads of storage all over the boat.
The warm air heating was renewed 2-3 years ago.
Both loos (proper WC's) flush with fresh water - and if you have ever been a live-aboard you will know why.
2 burner Electric Stove

Massive wheelhouse, again light and airy, a great place to sit out. The flybridge (huge) has new dodgers, and the wheelhouse canopy (side and stern screens) are also new. There are newly upholstered cushions on the bow seats and the newly upholstered sunbed on the forward coachroof is - you've guessed it - huge!

Broker's Comments
It is not easy to write comments on this boat! She seems to me to be an ideal liveaboard, loads of room, a very strong, well built vessel, but here’s the good bit – the owners still take her out to sea and use her as a proper seagoing motor yacht. She went round the Isle of Wight recently, just because she can.
As well as having her engines properly serviced (I have the invoices), her lifelines were replaced in 2009, again I have the invoices. Her bow thruster was professionally fitted in 2009, and she was professionally repainted in March 2009. I could go on, but suffice to say that the owner has had all the jobs done as they arose, including having all the seacocks removed and serviced, and the cutlass bearings renewed in December 2009.
